Meet the Team

Angela is the Program Director at All Pets Wellness Center, where she oversees daily operations and program development to ensure safe, enriching, and high-quality care for every pet. As second-in-command, she plays a key leadership role in supporting staff, maintaining program standards, and promoting the overall well-being of every animal in the center.

Angela’s educational background is in Service Dog Training, supported by an Apprenticeship as an Animal Trainer. She has 18 years’ experience, giving her a strong foundation in animal behavior, communication, and body language, with a strong emphasis on positive reinforcement techniques. This approach allows her to create structured programs that build confidence, encourage positive social interactions, and support each pet’s emotional and physical wellness.

Angela has extensive management experience, having guided up to 15 trainers at a time. She led educational groups and hands-on learning activities designed to help coworkers grow their skills, confidence, and professional abilities. In addition to team development, Angela was responsible for all inventory management and supply ordering, ensuring programs were consistently well-equipped and running smoothly.

She also oversaw the onboarding process for new employees, making sure each team member was properly set up for their assignments and supported from day one.

With years of experience Angela can instill her knowledge into the employees at All Pets Wellness Centers. Assuring that all employees will learn dog body language and positive reinforcement techniques to ensure the well being of your pets.

Known for her calm, attentive leadership style and hands-on approach, Angela is deeply committed to creating environments where pets feel understood, secure, and genuinely cared for. Her work helps ensure that All Pets Wellness Center remains a trusted, supportive space for pets and the people who love them.
